Frames

Framed prints are sized by the space within the frame. That means for mounted prints, the size of the actual print will be smaller.

Frames are made of solid wood, with a high quality acrylic glaze, and ship fully strung or with a sawtooth hanger. For framed prints with a mat, mats are 1.4mm deep, sustainably sourced, 100% acid free, and won’t discolour or fade with age.

Email notifications

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s been more than 30 minutes since placing the order, shoot me an email along with the email you used to place the order. If you also have the order number from the confirmation screen, that can help speed things up.

It takes a few days to process your order, so you will not receive a tracking number until processing is complete. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your item(s) ship.

Shipping

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order before receiving a tracking number. I prepare your orders as I receive them. Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days and may ship in multiple shipments. Every shipment will include a tracking number.

Shipping is always free, but that also means there’s no expedited or overnight shipping. If you really need to get your order more quickly, reach out to support@framedbyrachel.com, and I’ll see if we can work something out.

All prints ship well-packaged with tissue paper, in flat envelopes for smaller items, and rolled in rigid cardboard tubes for larger ones. Framed prints and canvas prints ship in sturdy double walled cardboard boxes.

Payments

Your payment details will be verified and processed securely by Stripe. I do not have access to information about your credit card, paypal, etc, except in the form of a payment token. All payment related information is always encrypted with TLS/SSL.

Stripe is a secure service that tokenizes your details to obfuscate your data when creating a payment authorization between your bank and our services.

Returns

All items are final sale.

If you purchase a print and it is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to support@framedbyrachel.com.

Cancelation

I don’t currently have the bandwidth to support automated order cancelation. You can try sending an email to support@framedbyrachel.com, and I will do my best to cancel your order if it hasn’t started processing yet.
