Welcome to framed. by rachel (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of photography prints and related products.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products and Availability
We sell physical photography prints and, where applicable, digital images. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as printed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods, processed securely via Stripe:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Order Processing, Fulfillment, and Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
We partner with trusted third-party printing and fulfillment providers to produce and ship our products. As a result, packaging, shipping times, and materials may vary.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Errors or delays caused by third-party fulfillment providers
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment due to incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of photography prints, all sales are generally final.
We will offer replacements or refunds only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
Claims must include photo evidence and be submitted within 7 days of delivery to support@framedbyrachel.com, along with your order number.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations
- Improper handling after delivery
Intellectual Property
All images, prints, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Rachel Lee and are protected by copyright laws.
Purchasing a print does not grant rights to:
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Modify
- Use for commercial purposes
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Personal Use License
All purchased prints are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
